The Flex series wheel washing systems are designed for the construction industry, featuring a 4-meter wash unit and recycling tank. Function Description
A truck slowly drives up the ramps into the wheel washing system, where sensors automatically start the process. Bottom and side nozzles ensure a thorough clean of the tires and chassis in one wheel rotation, while higher areas like windows and mirrors remain untouched. Angle profiles provide extra cleaning to the tire treads.
Wash duration can be set using a timer. Wastewater is collected and pumped to the recycling tank, where solids settle before the water is reused. Solids are removed from the tank with an excavator or suction vehicle.
